1. Returns: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at +1-541-754-3010 or glorysus.store1@yahoo.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
